How a Pikmi Pops pack travels to you

Every pack on this site is opened on the store page that actually holds the stock. You pick the pack here, the button takes you to that listing, and the order, the payment and the parcel all live there.

Timing

Delivery estimates are shown on the listing before you pay, and they are the only ones that count. A discontinued toy often sits with a smaller seller rather than a big warehouse, so give it a few more days than you would a current product.

If a pack arrives damaged

Photograph it before you open anything else, including the mailer. Raise it with the store that shipped it, through the order in your account — they hold the record and the refund button. Crazed domes and crushed tubes are the two complaints we hear most, and both are usually settled quickly with a photo.

A note on collector stock

Some of these packs have been in a warehouse for years. Shelf wear on the carton is normal and does not touch the plush inside. If the seal is intact, the surprise is intact.
