Ring the bell

One inbox, read by a person. Write to us if a price here does not match what you see, if a pack we list has sold out, or if you are trying to identify a character and have hit a wall.

What we can help with

Which pack holds which line, how the seasons differ, whether a plush you own is one of the rare finishes, and whether a pack we list is still open. Send a photo if you have one — it is usually faster than a description.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment, hold stock or ship anything, so we cannot look up an order, change an address or chase a parcel. Those live with the store that took your money — see our note on how a pack travels.
