Returns and guarantees

Returns run through the store that sold you the pack, under the policy shown on that listing at checkout. We do not hold your order, so we cannot approve a return — but we can tell you what usually applies.

The normal window

Most listings here run a standard thirty day return on an unopened pack. Opening a surprise pack is the part that complicates it: once the dome is off, the surprise has been used, and sellers treat it accordingly.

Faulty on arrival

A split seam, a cracked dome or a missing component is a fault, not a change of mind, and is handled separately from the return window. Photograph it, report it through the order, and keep the packaging until it is resolved.

Manufacturer guarantee

The line is out of production, so there is no active manufacturer replacement programme to fall back on. In practice the seller's own policy is the guarantee that matters, which is another reason to read it before you pay.
